Attachment-based therapy focuses on understanding how early relationships shape emotional connection, self-worth, and patterns in adult relationships. By strengthening emotional safety and secure connection, therapy helps heal relational wounds, improve communication, and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a fundamental part of my practice, aimed at identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behaviors. By working together, we can address and overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts, promoting positive change and personal growth.
Play & Art Therapy
Play & Art Therapy are all about finding other ways to express yourself when words just get stuck. We can use things like art, drawing, sand tray or other creative tools in a relaxed way to explore tough emotions, process stress, or figure out a difficult situation.
It’s not about being a good artist; it’s about having a non-judgmental outlet to understand yourself better. For younger teens, or any time you’re feeling overwhelmed, this can be a powerful and often quicker way to make real progress.
